There were fruit components of citrus and other white fruit and it had a present acidity while the body was light.

When I opened the wine it was as closed down as an old factory. That thing said nothing, true to nature of some young red spanish wines.

My first aroma was a subtle hint of petrol and you know where that takes us. I got some citric and pears in there and just wonderfully on palate.

So I uncorked the wine and the nose was just great. Citric notes, minerality were all there.

The wine was aromatic with a combination of black and red fruits present, it had traces of oak and the slightest hint of spices. It wasn’t very acidic or bold, but its rounded tannins were a beautiful thing.

I’d been reading about the grape’s profile and was hoping it was as similar as possible because it’s what I was craving.

Once I opened the wine, it took me a solid twenty minutes to process what aromas I was getting. My brain was stumped.

his wine in particular was bone dry with medium acidity and plenty of saline notes and minerality, maybe even some citrus in the back.

The fruit presence was ripe and I got subtle hints of vanilla, which matches my reading material
